“This place is stellar. From the owner returning my call on a Sunday, to the patience and thoroughness of Kane, who was our technician, nothing but a positive experience. Everyone was very accommodating and transparent. The issue I thought we had wasn’t what was happening, and Kane was honest about it and never tried to upsell us on something we didn’t need. After the first visit - and 8 days later - I did not notice any fleas at that point, but asked Kane to come out a second time to be sure the flea eggs will be dead (to make me feel better, too).
