“The lady who answered the phone was not helpful .She would talk over me. She had a wrong email address. I had no idea when the bat people were coming out. she told me they couldn’t come out in the winter ,so I waited over two month .then they show up randomly when there’s 5 inches of snow on the ground. They walk around my house and then leave. I have no idea what they did .”

“We were hearing noises in our living room wall! My Bat Guy came out to look around and diagnose our issue. We have a lot of bats in our attic! Two guys came here today to seal the areas where the bats were getting in and put in exit tubes so they could get out. The exit tubes prevent re-entry and get removed when the weather has been warm for a while. My Bat Guy has been wonderful to work with and reasonably priced. We definitely recommend them!”
