“Update 2023: I have not had any bats in my house since My Bat Guy treated the exterior of my home in 2022. I still recommend My Bat Guy. Update 2022: Since the initial inspection last year, the new siding did not cover a few places where bats were getting in. I had My Bat Guy perform the recommendations and treat the exterior of my home. Lane was friendly and informative. He showed me the work he did and answered questions that I had. I still recommend My Bat Guy. Initial evaluation in 2021: I highly recommend My Bat Guy. The appointment was made for the next day. Josh sent a text on the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. His inspection was thorough, he educated me about bat entryways, and had practical recommendations. I decided to postpone the treatment to see if the entryways would be taken of with the new siding I planned to have installed in a couple months.”

“Do not waste your money paying for the service. Spent $1800 . Still have bats, they do not show up to scheduled time, I can not take time off continuously to be here. They showed up for 20 min (I have security cameras) and they did nothing. No bat doors installed or caulking done for what the guy who came out Monday said they were going to do. If I could give 1/2 a star I would. I expect them to honor their 1 year warranty it has been 4 months and they still have not completed the "warranty" work. Not only that everytime I call no one ever answers the phone and rarely call back. We will no longer require the services from my bat guy. When I have to remove 1 more bat from my house, I will be calling a more reputable company. And yes Ron you called me a liar more than once yesterday. I tried to give a local company the benefit of the doubt with a few of the other negative reviews I found before hiring your company. Unfortunately the other reviews are true. Again good luck with your business but I do not think you will be gaining any other business from me or some of my neighbors in the area. There is no need to discuss anything with my husband on this issue because he is in full agreement with me, and it goes to show that you should think about how you talk to future clients, some of your workers are very polite maybe you should take some lessons from them.”
