“The only reason I’m giving Proof. Pest Control 5 star review is because they employ a well knowledgeable employee Mr. Robert Brooks. When I tell you, the man knows his business. He Seen the issues listened to ME the customer and executed the assignment, he needs some kind of recognition and not a gift card or no slice of pizza. He came to my home on the last two recent visited and he was coming from Deep Eastside both times and didn’t complain he did his job and was great with me the client, I won’t get into to much of a detailed story but just know Mr. Brooks deserves recognition and not a gift or a slice of pizza, his customer service and work ethic need to get gifted on a higher level. If it wasn’t for Mr. Brooks customer service and his knowledge of the business/work my rating would’ve been half for the experiences I’ve been having until Mr. Brooks came along and made me truly feel like an customer, businesses have lost this approach two decades ago… Proof Pest control don’t forget about Mr. Robert Brooks!!! “Ricky was super friendly and I actually enjoyed our conversations interspersed with his obviously professional approach to treating the house. After a couple of days of “living with” the apparent results, I must say I am impressed. So far no new “bites” on my legs and other parts of fleas consider a buffet. Lol!!
