“The positives ill give them is that the workers who have come out are helpful and kind. They also did help with the issues when they serviced my home. Thats about where ill leave the positives though. After paying the subscription they were supposed to come out once for the spray and shortly after again for a follow up. I waited a month after the first time they were out and had to call them and schedule a follow up myself because they never got ahold of me and my problem was still occurring. After the second service things were fine. But now Im about to move out of my home and wanted to cancel the service and stop paying my monthly fee. I didn't realize part of their policy is that you have the proof of moving right now making it free of charge or otherwise it'll be a cancel fee of $280! For canceling in under a year. I was going to cancel the service preemptive to my move so it could be one less thing I had to worry about expense wise. But now it looks like ill have to keep paying the monthly fee until I get the proof over to them on my move. If they would've said it was $50 or something to cancel I wouldve just paid it and been done with it. But $280 is insane. I guess thats capitalism at its finest. So be warned on that. Don't go out of your way for a subscription unless you know for a fact youre staying where youre living for at least a year. Otherwise you'll be stuck paying the monthly fee.”
