“Pest Genie is contracted by my complex in Troy. We have lived here nearly 5 years and saw roaches in our kitchen. They treated our next door neighbor's units and not ours and roaches moved into our apartment. We had to wait five whole days for treatment. They put out sticky traps, and we were unsure of else they did. The note they left declaring their presence in the unit was completely blank and unchecked. I left a note AT THE UNIT ENTRANCE about the problem areas (kitchen and main bathroom), and explained what we did while waiting for treatment. Came home to find that they only were in the kitchen and did nothing for the bathroom when I explicitly requested that room also be treated. We had to call and follow up to find out exactly what they did. Someone WAS nice enough to explain and offered to come back out, but I don't believe we should have had to do that.”
