“I spoke with Greg regarding questions and concerns about an ongoing pest issue at a rental property Eco Sound treated in August 2025. Greg was extremely rude, emotional and unprofessional in coming to a resolution and plan to resolve an ongoing pest issue at the property he treated that is currently under warranty. Rather than arriving at a productive and professional resolution, Greg was rude and accusatory. I do not recommend this service provider and will seek other extermination professionals in the future.”
