“I don't know what these 1 star reviews are talking about! I have never had any issue with my pest control services from Prestige. Our technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. The communication is top notch. I receive email and text reminders, as well a a phone call from the office or technician, if there are any changes to the appointment time. If there has ever been any need for a re-service or quality control, all I have to do is call and they put me on the schedule as quick as they can. This is a wonderful locally, family owned and operated small business that I am proud to support! Thank you Prestige!”

“It's a waste of a star. I applied for the service because I was introduced to an acquaintance I don't even know, but every time the technician come to the service once every three months, the quarantine ends in 5 minutes even though it's a quarantine at a double-decker house. And the employee who answered the phone was always unfriendly and asked for a confirmation email about the end of the service, there was no reply to the mail. I'm very disappointed in this company.”
