“This review is long overdue. I first contacted them a few years ago for a small pest problem. They gave me a quote, but we couldn’t afford it at the time, so we didn’t move forward. Last year, when the issue got worse, I called again. The person I spoke with was really snarky and made me feel bad for not going with them the first time. Their price was actually the cheapest I found, but I ended up choosing a different company because of how unprofessional the rep was. Good prices don’t make up for bad customer service.”
