“Thank you Collin, Samuel, and Proactive Pest Control for the great service. Collin and Samuel are awesome. They tended to the needs of my home regarding pest control, answered all my questions, and shared some knowledge with me around pest control to maintain a pest free home. I’ve been with ProActive since 2021 and left for a few months during 2024. Decided I wanted to go back to their services after deciding to not self maintain my home on my own. I did shop around and get quotes to see if I could get better service at a slightly cheaper price. Proactive price wise is the best I found. Other carriers quoted me, then quoted again to try to get my business, but in the end I stuck with Proactive because their customer service has always been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. No back and forth with pricing (Even when I was a new customer) - I’m a returning customer. Very transparent with pricing and wanting to do business. Since 2021, I’ve never experienced any missed appointments or bad service. “Brian is amazing!! I moved into a rental with a spider problem and I really appreciated the concern he had for not only the amount of spiders infesting the yard/trees but for the hazardous overhanging trees. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of helpful information and advice. He's also very personable and a pleasure to have around the house as he works. 10 STARS (not just the 5 STARS!) for Brian! The plan itself is great for it's price and frequency! I signed up during a sale so my first month cost only $1. I signed up for the bi-monthly plan but they also offer free follow up visits if you have any bigger issues. In my case, they sent a second person out a month after my initial visit to give ALL THE SPIDERS making home in my backyard a little extra attention. Highly recommend!”
