“At first everything going fine for the first couple months as I was on a monthly plan but then they started coming out on days we never scheduled to come out on and then on days they were scheduled to come out they never show up. Today I had scheduled for someone to come out between 8am and 12pm but got a text at 10am saying the tech is sick and wont be able to come. I then get a call from Bridget saying another tech is on his way to my house and it will be about 1 hr before he gets here. 2 and a half hours go by and no one shows. I get a voicemail from Kip saying they dont want to do monthly service to Ridgeville because of gas prices and everything going up and if I wanted to change to quarterly then to call them. I called and talked to Bridget and asked if someone is coming as hours have passed and still no one is here. She said Kip erased my work order for today and put me on quarterly. What?! Not once in his voicemail did he state no one was coming today. He said "I can call the office if I wanted to change to quarterly.", giving me an option. Now he puts me on quarterly without getting my ok? Gas prices have nothing to do with customer service and to be all of a sudden taken off my monthly plan that I have been on since the beggining is beyond ridiculous, especially same day service is scheduled! I told Bridget I no longer will use this company and to cancel everything. Sad thing is even with quarterly service they guarantee no bugs or they will come out and spray in between services. We have had tons and tons of earwigs and there spraying has done nothing for that. I now wasted yet another day staying at home waiting for procore to come!! So sad that they have lost a customer due to bad customer service on the owners end. Very unreliable and unproffessional company! Definately do not recommend”
