“This pest company deals with pest issues at my apartment complex. For 5 months now I have had squirrels living in the roof of my apartment. I have been reassured by the property manager & Steve Perryman (the owner of this company) that it is being taken care of, but there has been no forward progress for 5 months. I understand there is no “quick fix,” but 5 months is entirely too long for a company that considers themselves professional to not make any progress on removing squirrels habituating in a roof. I have been told that this issue would be resolved swiftly & it still persists. I am not allowed to hire outside exterminators for this complex, but if I could, I would not choose this company. There is no communication & no solid plan of action.”

“Excellent service. Steve Perryman seems to genuinely care about keeping bugs and pests under control. They are always thorough each month when they treat the condo community I live in. Whether its roaches, fleas, ants or anything else we might see he is on top of it. I am also in the real estate business and have had excellent service whenever I need a CL100 report on a property. Steve is prompt and a man of his word. If he says he is going to be there, he is there or he will call if running late. A+ Give them a try.”
