“Over charge and do not fix issues when they come up. I pay $950 per year for bugs, lawn and trees to be treated. I call them and tell them I have a millipede problem and they tell me millipedes are not covered under bug service and I need to pay $100 more for that service. VERY FRUSTRATING. $950 per year is not enough? I’m done here.”
