“We called in because we had mouse droppings in our kitchen. The message was passed on to Craig and he called us back right away. Even though he was at home, he went out of his way to help us out. He arrived within about 1/2 hour. Craig then spent about an hour trying to locate the critter and find out its access point. He not only caught it (a vole) but he also put steel wool in the access point on our patio! He went way beyond our expectations!”
