“My family used IPM for years but we needed to cancel our service as we didn’t need it anymore. This season they are now owned by Viking. You are put on hold immediately and multiple times and the woman told us that she can’t cancel the service, only the “escalation department” can but they are busy. The woman who worked previously for IPM was awesome, you were never on hold and she did whatever you needed. Still no call back from this department. This appears to be an unethical business tactic to keep billing customers and not letting them cancel. This is not IPM service. I will not be using Viking and I hope I do not need to call the Better Business Bureau.”

“Today I had Viking come out for my contracted yearly preventative inspection and treatment for ants and other insects at my shore home. Steven Jarosz was my technician and he was amazing. This man took the time to explain and educate me on so many different aspects of many different insects that I could encounter at my location. He thoroughly explained the treatment plan he was going to do and the material he would be using, as well as preventative measures I could take. It was obvious that Steven was very knowledgeable and enjoyed the work that he does. He was extremely polite and professional and it was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet him while also getting a little education from him at the same time.
