“Bad service. Their end goal is to sell as many additional treatments/services. They are more expensive than area competitors. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone specifically; all calls routed through a call center. They do not provide direct e-mails or numbers to representatives that you've previously dealt with. The sales rep (Andrew H.) made a mistake with my order in Atlantic City, and before he admitted to it, he tried to kick the can down the road. Not a fan and will not use them again.”
