He did fantastic, thorough, and professional work for us and eliminated the termite problem we had noticed in our house. A couple years later, when a home inspection suggested possible termite damage to a post of the ramada in the backyard, Josh was kind enough to stop on his way home after a full day of appointments in 110 degree heat and took a look and did a spot treatment to the structure.
