“I hired Rottler for termite damage repair and pest control this year, and I appreciate their expertise and professionalism. Trey, the technician who works on my house, is very friendly and thorough. However, there were a couple of occasions when some aspects of the treatment were not done properly by more than one person, and I had to call them back to fix them. The main issue I have with Rottler is the lack of communication from their supervisors and managers. Several times, I was promised a follow-up call or an appointment confirmation, but I never received them and I was forgotten about. This is why I give them only 3 stars, despite their good work. I have seen a noticeable improvement in my pest situation, and I trust that they have treated the termites effectively. I would not discourage anyone from using them, as they are still better than the national chain I used before. I appreciate Rottler’s quality of work and their friendly staff, and I plan to continue working with them for my pest control needs. However, I also hope that they will improve their communication skills and be more attentive to their customers’ requests. For example, I would prefer a checklist of the services they provided each time, instead of a written summary. This would make it easier for me to review what they did and see if anything was missed. I think this would also save them some time and paperwork.”
