“I've had an annual contract with them for 2 years now. They didn't come inside for the annual spraying, citing Covid. And, when I called them because of ants in my kitchen by the sink, they told me I would have to wait 11 days. So, I had to spend my own money to treat something I was already paying for. Pete's will never get another dollar from me. ----------------------------------------- Response to the company claim below: Well, they are either lying here, or their employee lied when I first hired them. I was told that every year, 1 of the 4 visits is inside and out. This was an employee that I was later told was let go b/c he was caught drinking and driving on the job. So, it could very well be that employee lied. IDK. Funny how they don't even address the fact that they were going to leave me high and dry for 11 days when I had 100's of ants in my kitchen. What good is a company that loves to take your money on an annual basis, but can't meet their end of the bargain when you need them?”
