“Hired Schendel to take care of a mole/vole problem in the yard. They billed by the quarter for the service, in which a technician only came out 3 times in 1.5mo and the problem was not corrected or improved in any way. After that, they sent a tech to follow up right after the start of the second billing cycle, just to collect that quarter's payment. The last tech to show up never came back after their first visit in the 2nd billing cycle, even though the problem was patently evident and not resolved. They did not attempt to make any more progress. Schendel claimed that because I did not call to request more services, they had fulfilled their end of the deal.”
