“Used them as they came recommended from a family member, all the employees are very kind and friendly! The reason for the 3 rating is that they will give you these “free inspections” and one of them that was for a termite inspection ended up with him in the attic trying to say that we had an emergency infestation and that they would get someone out immediately and get the 1 day project done for $16k…. Had a second opinion come through and say that they didn’t see anything that would qualify as an emergency nor even any kind infestation as was claimed by Joshua’s. Best part was they quoted us $2,200 for the exact same services.”

They addressed the rodent activity in my backyard, maintained a high level of professionalism, and still came off as neighborly despite the late hour they came to fulfill their schedule.
