“I went with Rove as they were a highly rated local company with good reviews. They were bought out by Greenix shortly after and, while all the technicians I have personally encountered have been delightful, the company itself is horrible. I had a new problem that I basically got scammed into paying too much money for what I’m receiving, customer service is terrible, the representative I spoke to had no idea what I was explaining to her and kind of seemed like an AI bot, to be honest. I cannot wait til my paid services are completed because I do not want to deal with Greenix ever again. Basically I’m paying them to stick a key in a box and replace mouse poison which used to be placed in the home, but now is only outside so half the boxes aren’t checked unless I specifically ask for them to come inside. I’m currently waiting for my 8-10am appointment and have received no communication and it’s 10am.”

“I had Vong come out because I had so many wasps at my house. He was super friendly, patient with all my questions and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. I could not do the work that he does, I hate wasps. Within 30 minutes of being here all the wasps are gone. I signed up for the 12 month package just incase a few more come back.
