“We've recently moved here (3 mos) and contacted them for service. We've seen the guy come out once for the initial visit. If he was out a second time, he only sprayed the front because our side gate is locked! Half the job for full price! They made sure to charge the entire $40 though! Contacted the company to let them know we've only seen the guy once. Received an apology and nothing else. We wanted to cancel but they lock you into a years long contract and if you do cancel, they charge the remaining balance! Very bad customer service! Very bad policy! ***Their response to my review was that someone would reach out to me. It's been days now, and I haven't heard from anyone. The customer service just keeps getting better.***”
