“I I have been using Servall since 2022 when I moved to the Union City, Tennessee area. It’s not unusual for the female workers to be abrasive on the phone like you’re upsetting their schedule or slowing them down. I might ask, “When was the last time y’all sprayed.” "I don’t know," is a common response but on the paper they leave it has the last date. I only spray for pest every 6 months and termites evert 12 months with them. They want to spray every 4 months for pest. It makes me wonder if they’re working on a roach commission. In addition, I had one to call the other day and I said I can do November 26th at 9 am. At first she said, “ok then said 8:30 would be better for me.” This isn’t unusual with the female pest control workers who have called here. They can be entitled and abrasive. I said ok to 8:30 am on November 26th. I get home today November 25, and she has been here (a day early) and has put 8:30 on the paper and out at 8:50. Also she has “outside only.” They usually come inside but this was not the agreed upon time so I was not here. This is ridiculous customer service. They treat me like I owe them pest spray and time. I work every day and can’t always be on their schedule. I’ll be looking for other companies in the future.”
