He was very nice, extremely thorough with his inspection, and very helpful answering any questions about mice pest control and what do after both appointments. “James came to my apartment during the appointment time and was very friendly. He wore shoe covers, which I REALLY appreciate!! So many people do not do this nowadays and it really bothers me. I do not wear shoes in my home due to bacteria and dirt. He really looked through my apartment and was able to find where the mice are coming into my apartment. He explained everything very well and told me what to do in two weeks after maintenance fixes the holes in my apartment. I felt comfortable with him in my home and I appreciated that he asked me my level of comfort with mice to guide his management and treatment.”
