“Had a scheduled appt today between 3-5 and they were a no-show. This is a theme if you read reviews here or on yelp, which I chose to overlook given the high average rating and having used them once before a few years ago. I left a voice message and never heard back. Can't imagine how a company can operate in good faith with a track record like this building up, especially for a return customer. Unfortunate. Edit: As soon as I published this review, I received a call back - what a coincidence. A little too late though.”

“Scheduled an appointment with Sergio on Wednesday for Friday between 12-4. Despite reminders, he failed to ask for my address. Coordinating between 3 units, 6 of us waited until I called at 3:50 to find out they scheduled for next Friday. Unbelievable incompetence! They ditched us after confirming the appointment for this Friday over the phone. Left us with the same pest issue and 6 furious tenants who wasted their day. Avoid this unreliable mess and find a pest control service worth your time and money!”
