“So disrespectful to me on the phone, I run a large property and we’ve had a contract for years, i called because we were told to call if we saw live bugs and they will return to spot spray, as part of our contract, before I could explain that we had an ongoing contract, he told me I probably had bugs because I can’t just leave food all around my house without ever seeing my house. As soon as I handed the phone to a male colleague the tone of the phone call changed completely. They also switched the day of the week we were serviced without communicating to us and then told us we missed our appointment.”
