“After Several days of email exchanges we agreed on a time and date for service. Then 2 days before the appt I was told that date wasn't available. When I said I could only do the date we agreed on " somebody called last minute" but now I have a 4 instead of 2 hour window. When I agreed to that timeframe I was then told that I need to Zelle $200 to secure the appt. I refused and asked " If You decide not to show up, what are my remedies for a refund" of which I was not given an answer. Sketchy way to do business, I'll pass...”
