“I have been struggling with spiders in my apartment for a few months now, and my landlord sent an exterminator from this company over to my apartment. He was extremely unprofessional, and despite my directions to not enter the apartment without permission, used an emergency key and walked in while I was in bed, without a whole lot on. He obviously did not speak English well, nor did he care to understand what I was trying to say. I told him there were spiders on the ceiling, which prompted him to spray repellent directly onto the ceiling. The repellent dripped down the walls, and discolored them. I was later informed that bug repellent, especially professional-grade aerosol ones, are never to be sprayed above shoulder-level, which is something even an absolute novice should know. The man was just generally not very professional, nor was he even vaguely knowledgeable about his job, which is dangerous when you’re working with strong chemicals. I absolutely would not recommend working with anyone from this company ever again.”
