Called them after 6 weeks for the second visit based on the recommendation from the tech and they said I had only 30 days to call back according to the fine line on their service agreement. They wanted more money for the second visit. As a property owner in West ridge I try to give the local business a break but honestly these antics make me want to avoid local businesses all together.”
