“I called Kevin (the owner)at this business asking for advise regarding a potential bug infestation. He was so intentional of listening to my concern. After a lengthy conversation, Kevin said that he would be more than happy to do do an inspection of my home. The following business day he sent one of his technicians to my home, his name was Charlie. I can't even begin to say how wonderful my entire interaction was through the whole process! Charlie was on time, friendly, professional and explained to me everything he was doing. I did not feel rushed at all he really did care. When all was done, he assured me, that there were no bugs at all. Not 10 mins after Charlie left the owner called me personally to check ip!
