Kevin came and completely explained what his plan was, after asking us a few questions about our mouse problem. He was friendly, professional and very encouraging about success. He inspected and fixed six entry spots, and left inside traps for the few already inside (few, we hope! And he expects.) Left a chart for us to track any captures, instructions with what to do with them, and then installed outside boxes to keep the little critters away! A quick and very, very encouraging process!
