“Pricing seems to be very arbitrary. Their initial quote of $170 per quarter was too high, so he immediately lowered to $150(?). I was told the initial service charge of $400 was to cover a comprehensive treatment spraying the entire home ‘facia to foundation’ which was misrepresented. They gave a normal spray around foundation & window/door openings, nothing inside. Nice enough folks, but would recommend pushing them on price. They advertise $30/ mo.”

“Payed for service 4 months before any work was done. Appointment was broken in to 2 appointments due to complications. Called the night before to cancel 2nd appointment due to medical reasons got charged $400 but they no called no showed on the rescheduled appointment the following week. Now they are saying they have no record of the appointment. Techs are good. Management needs an overhaul. Greed at its best. Paid for services in April still not done in October. Will never use this company again”
