“We have been a customer for over a year and been happy until.. while on vacation got a reminder of the upcoming service. It suggested to call if any issues with the service. My wife called to cancel the service and reschedule the appointment and they would not reschedule so we asked to cancel the appointment l. When arriving back there was a door hanger indicating they did the service. Called to get the billing reversed because we cancelled the service. They would not talk to me as my wife was the only one on the account. She called to get the refund done and they refused to refund the service. We simply wanted to be home during the service to allow a proper job in some areas not available during our absence. This is a good way to lose customers forever. They could have simply rescheduled as requested by their customer and we would have remained loyal customers. Bad business practice loses customers. Absolutely refused to refund the partial service to retain a customer. There are tons of companies looking for clients in this market and we will obviously have to seek out a company that values its customers. Think twice before hiring this company.”
