“It is September 12, 2025. My mom and I have used this company for a few years and they do excellent work. Tyler usually does our service calls and he has gone above and beyond to find and block up holes into our home or garage where mice could get in. He's also taken down several wasp nests for us. The bait boxes the company uses work really well. We haven't seen mice in our home for at least a year because of that. That being said 2 days ago some horrible mouse snuck in our house and was running all over our living room. It scared us half to death. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he sent TJ to our house today. I had trapped the mouse under a plastic tote. TJ captured it and removed it from our home and we are so grateful!! We don't have anyone to call and help us with pest emergencies, so we really rely on our service men. Thank you Pointe Pest!!”
