“This is preliminary review. Jeff Linderman was the tech from Sunrise to did my properties pest inspect and maintenance start. Jeff was great to work with. He was friendly, interested in my property issues and was great to communicate with and answer questions. He analyzed my property and started the needed maintenance. We wont know results for awhile over time, but it was a good start. Thanks Jeff Update 12/3/25 - Jeff is doing good job working with me to reduce/minimize pest problem. Appears to be helping. He will be back next month Update 1/7/26 - Jeff has been great to work with and has helped resolve (or get under control) my pest problem. Jeff is very courteous and answers questions well”
