“We recently noticed we had carpet beetles in our apartment. Our property manager hired Stop bugging me pest control to fumigate our apartment to get rid of them. Part of the fumigation process is we have to be ready to vacate our apartment for 2-4 hours after the technician arrives and make as much of the carpet clear and accessible as possible. we were given an arrival time for the tech between 7am and 5pm. At 4pm i called our property manager and they talked to the tech and called me back saying his GPS had him at our apartment around 430 but definitelywould be there befor 5pm, at 515 with the tech showing or hearing anything back i talked to the property manager again, they called SBM and they didnt answer the phone. So my wife and i wasted an entire day waiting for a tech who didn't show in an apartment we completely rearranged to make the carpet accessible. And despite asking SBM we could never get a better ETA then between 7am and 5pm. This is a very unprofessional company with zero communication.”
