Every experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend them for any property, whether residential or commercial. Appointment Scheduling: Booking over the phone or online is a breeze. Isabel is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard to get you scheduled quickly, even during peak season. Thanks to a cancellation, we were squeezed in within just a few days. Pricing: Competitive and fair, with no surprises. Isabel worked with her manager to provide us with different treatment options for our commercial building within a day. We paid exactly what was quoted. Technicians: Skilled, professional, thorough, honest, respectful, and punctual. Our technician, Rose, was fantastic. She quickly identified the source of the ant colony and shared practical, helpful tips. Unlike many other pest control companies that push monthly plans, Issaquah Pest Control doesn’t upsell. In our case, they were so effective that only one visit was needed for both my parents’ and CEO’s homes. “I used to love this company, they used to be thorough at each quarterly visit and prompt to come out in between visits if we had an issue. In the past few months we have had a rodent problem, in the garage and exterior of the house. They are supposedly treating for mice around the perimeter of our house but when an issue arises we cannot get them to come out to re-treat despite multiple calls and texts for weeks. From their website : "5. Post-Treatment and Prevention Follow-Up Visits: Scheduled as needed to monitor and adjust the treatment. Prevention Tips: We offer advice on preventing future infestations through structural changes and sanitation practices. 6. Continuous Support Ongoing Support: We remain available for any follow-up concerns. Satisfaction Guarantee: We back our service with a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring your rodent issues are fully resolved." They are not adhering to their stated policies. They claim to be so fully booked they cannot even stop by to check the bait stations or our garage despite being long term customers and paying for quarterly service. Sadly, I would not recommend this company anymore.”

“We signed up their service and automatically paid them every quarter for the quarterly check-up. We are working parents and don’t have time or bandwidth to manage appointment scheduling. They have been proactive on scheduling quarterly check-ups until the last Q4 when they didn’t show up. But they did reach out to me afterwards and proactively explained what happened and offer a mitigation plan.”
