“Wanted to leave a review for John. I appreciated how he listened about my rodent issues and responded with making me feel valued and heard! I explained that there was additional discovery that was done by another company to get rid of rodents that weren’t visible. They had to remove all my contaminated insulation and vapor barrier and were in process of finishing that work the next day. John handled my concerns well and said that they could check back again later to make sure that everything was back in place for proper rodent control once the other company was done with the new insulation and vapor barrier put back in place.
