“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially for local businesses, but this lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. My landlord scheduled an appointment for Today, Wednesday, October 8th at 10 AM. I had never heard of this company before, all scheduling was handled through my landlord. Around 9:57 AM, I received a call and text from Susan “to confirm” that I was home. I didn’t know that replying immediately was required for the service to proceed. Apparently, if you don’t respond within a certain timeframe, they simply don’t come. I replied around 11 AM and tried to explain that I had been home the whole time, but Susan repeatedly cut me off and said, “there is nothing we can do because you replied 2 hours later, I need to find out where he is at so that I can tell you when he can come back out.” When I mentioned I’d been moving and was tired, she interrupted again and laughed, saying, “I need to call him to see where he is at, do you understand?” I’m 40 years old and have been an entrepreneur for 11 years, you don’t speak to people, especially customers, in such a rude and sarcastic tone. Afterward, I texted her requesting a refund for my landlords after reading other reviews about their service, and she replied, “We had schedule service that you forgot. I have to circle back for you.” Awful! Please do not fall for the bait — she is rude and unkind toward customers. Definitely not worth the time.”
