“In my experience, this company has been the worst that we've hired. We had a big roach problem and after them coming out to exterminate, we saw no improvement. I called to complain & told them we were still seeing roaches and asked if they can come back and re-spray and they did just to find out that roaches were still roaming around. After using these guys a few times, I had to fire them cause whatever chemicals he was using was not strong enough to kill roaches. We used them for about a year and a half, spraying every 3 month and never saw an improvement. As a matter of fact our roach problem got worst cause we started seeing the smaller ones too. We are now using another exterminating company and with them just spraying 1 time, we have not seen any roaches any longer.”
