They've also been here to remove a gigantic wasp nest a few years ago, and that problem was gone for good. Christie in the office has always been a delight -- professional and very personable. Always available -- I don't think I ever go into an automated attendant nor voicemail. Today Ken, a manager, came here to follow up on a potential problem I was having in my crawlspace. He was extremely thorough, was able to determine the source of the problem and assure me that it is no threat to me at this time -- it was a very old problem that had since been taken care of. The technicians that come out every year are super! All in all, I love being able to use a local, family-owned business, especially one as fantastic as the Original Bug Man. 10 Stars!”

“Just purchased our home and paid the warranty transfer fee to Bugman Pest Elimination. We have called 4 times and sent multiple emails requesting the original report and contract to understand all the terms of service. To date, only received a request for $175 annual protection plan contract. We understand there will be an annual fee; however, we first need the original contract and report completed with the prior owner. Very frustrating. Have had to file a BBB complaint as our requests have been ignored.”
