“Management is fantastic until they owe their customers money. There are honest employees there. Unfortunately when you have employees who aren't trained and supervised affects the customer. You pay a company to do a service correctly if or when they make a mistake they should own it and correct it I strongly advise people to do their research. Us pest and us crawlspace did my termite and fungus protection in my crawl space I thought. I had no knowledge of encapsulation at the time and was referred to them. Big mistake. I called them to check the encapsulation. I was first told everything was fine by my daughter then I received a call stating the insulation was put upside down and they didn't install it and wanted to charge 5100.00 to rip it out and install new. I spoke with the owner and asked why this wasn't brought to my attention when they supposedly checked it the first year his response I don't know why. The person who did all the work was fired. I didn't have the invoice requested a copy be emailed to me took three hours to get it was one lump sum and not a breakdown of charges. He asked me what plumber did the insulation I advised him your company did. Stay away from this company they are dishonest. A tech claimed they did my backyard and never showed up and signed the document claiming he did. He apologized which he should. They do not supervise the work down to their work orders. US Pest and us crawl space it's not ok to do bad work and falsely claim you didn't. Check out the better business bureau, reddit and other platforms. It's corporations like you that ruin it for honest corporations and mom and pop shops. Stay far away from them. Also check Indeed they have employees reviews of management and tech employees. The customer service representative on the phone seem the happiest probably because all they know how to do is schedule appointments and run your credit card. The inspectors and techs are one in the same for both companies.”
