A service tech named Kwaku went beyond the call required and when our street intersection was closed due to a police emergency, we called to inform us about the delay and waited to arrive and to provide us with service. “I have a new contract with Viking to assist with my mice and box elder bugs and I'm very happy with the experience so far! My first technician was Kwaku O. and I appreciated how thorough he was for the initial inspection of my home. He took care of two mice that were already recently found in my basement and filled a lot of entry points both inside and outside of the house. My second technician was Oniel Givans, and he was very thorough as well. He placed the outdoor bait traps strategically around the perimeter of my house and set up the motion detection system. I appreciated that he explained the system/process and that he gave additional tips for keeping mice out of my common living spaces (replacing a door that doesn't seal well). Overall very happy so far and the technicians have been very professional and helpful!”
