“We have had a contract with Viking for about 1.5 years. My only problem with them I have no idea when my next inspection is I only get a text the day before saying we are scheduled. I called to ask a time frame and was told between 9 and 5. That is not acceptable. They did have the staff member who was coming call and text us and he did call 1/2 hour before he was coming. The man did a great job on inspecting our home from any bugs or other intruders. I received a full review of the inspection via my email and their app just about immediately when the job was done.”
