“Truth: I hired W & L after bad experiences with 2 separate exterminator companies who seemed unable to comprehend “do not spray toxic chemicals in my house around my dogs and cats”. I have a simple ant issue every year. I tried this company and had to chase down service because the tech assigned to me quit his job. I literally called them and spoke to awesome people who were managing things and even though I had to pay MORE for the service, I felt I should give them a chance. Worse and worse, employee shortage and zero organization. Today, as a repeat client who has overlooked the uncomfortable experiences with technicians in my house spraying chemicals directly into my pets’ water dishes last year, quit, and the company does not care to follow up at all…..I had to call so many times and paid so much money when the tech they sent me told me he could only “fit me in” on certain days/times. This person said “you need to understand, I run my own business with my father, my time is limited” I was given zero grace by company, told that why further visits would cost and of course I paid them. I called today 10/13/2023 as a retuning customer who they have already massively failed and I was told: only able to get an appt if I PAY IN ADVANCE $135 for one time pest control, AND, I have to wait for some guy Jeff to call me to set it up only if I pay him first. No thank you. Please keep your drug addict technicians away from my house & access to my mobile number. I tried so hard to create a relationship with this company but dude, they have no idea who they are sending to our homes and no shame about it, and worse they are like “sorry, anyway you will have to pay us for Xxx service” After the treatment I received today just trying to make an appointment? As a repeat customer who was asked to be given a 2nd chance? No. You don’t have to wait to be approved by some random person who demands pre-payment not having any knowledge of the issue. There are many other reputable services in our area and you won’t have to battle for an appt. Gave them multi chances, 0 stars”
