“X-Terminator Pest was hired to remove squirrels from our property. Richard Cano charged us for cages and anti-squirrel treatment and other “solutions” but ultimately, did not achieve anything. Over a period of 2 MONTHS, X-Terminator Pest failed to catch any squirrels (although they caught a possum) and their “solutions” did nothing to deter or prevent the pests from returning to the home. X-Terminator Pest then said they couldn’t solve the issue, and told us to find another pest control service. They were effectively outwitted by the squirrels. They then proceeded to charge us the full price of over $1000 anyway, despite achieving practically nothing. In effect, they were paid to achieve almost no results and we had to engage another pest control service who, by the way, solved the issue rapidly. When we asked if X-Terminator Pest could at least waive some of the charges (not all), since the problem remained after all, they refused entirely to budge on anything and were not polite. We would advise caution going with this vendor.”
