He came out promptly, and it turned out the noise we were worried about wasn’t something trapped inside the house at all—it was just a big woodpecker outside! Patrick quickly identified the issue, which saved us a lot of money and unnecessary hassle. He was super professional, checked the roof and the chimney cap for us, and gave clear recommendations on what we needed to fix, even though it wasn’t something his company directly handles. He also let us know we could call him back if the woodpecker became a recurring visitor. Plus, he was really friendly and funny, which made the whole experience even better. Fun note: we had actually tried using AI to figure out the noise from a video clip, and the AI thought it was a raccoon stuck inside. Patrick’s expertise beat the AI hands down!
