“We regret going with Active Pest control for our wildlife exclusions. Though Active seemed right for the initial install, it has been really challenging to get them to do any service follow ups or visits to make sure everything still looks good. Most other companies offer at least annual check ins. We have considered certifying with another company, but the expense is just too great.”
