“Zero stars would be most appropiate. Had a rat problem that dug a hole to the crawlspace. They came and convinced me they would get the rat. I declined the addition of metal all around the base of the house because it was honestly upselling, even the guy admitted it. They come later and put in traps without bait, metal covers over the crawlspace vents, and left all the metal trash in the yard (RIP lawnmower). A week later i call to find out when they'll be checking on the traps and the phone games start. Got mad and called coporate and another individual states they did what they were supposed to and if i had opted to barricade the roof line they would've done more. First mention of roof barricading but ok. Bought $20 sticky traps from Amazon this week and caught the rat last night. It took me 3 days. A pest company with people trained to do this failed for 2 weeks. Beware, if they can't even catch a rat, imagine what else they can't do.”

“Like others, we were customers of all good. Ever since the buyout, the situation has been ridiculous with customer service and communication. We cancelled our pest control service because of the hassle and went with another smaller company that has been wonderful. We kept the termite protection since that was only once a year and I thought it wouldn’t be a hassle - I was wrong. We have been riddled with incorrect invoices and billing messages for the last 6 months and every time I call they said everything is fine and will be sorted. They randomly gave us a 10% price increase without any notice and then sent the notice 2 months after the fact and then threatened us with collections. I will be reporting and filing a Georgia consumer protection complaint.”
