“If I could give zero stars, I would. The call center staff is completely unprofessional—I scheduled an appointment and waited more than three hours, but nobody ever showed up. Every time I called for an update, the moment they recognized my number, they’d either hang up or keep me on hold forever. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they'd just blindly transfer me to the driver—“MO” or Mohammad—who never answered either. The reps who actually picked up didn’t help at all and just made empty promises like “the MO will call you,” which never happened. It’s obvious they don’t take their jobs seriously. Meanwhile, I was stuck dealing with a squirrel problem in my house—something that can cause real damage—and instead of getting any help, I wasted an entire day waiting for a technician who just never came and a call center that couldn’t care less. I should have just gone with someone reputable like Terminix or Orkin. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Buyer beware.”

“I reached out to this company for pest control services and paid over $1,600 for my home to be sealed and for ongoing checks throughout the year. At first, things seemed fine. They came out consistently during the first few weeks after completing the initial sealing which included delivering boxes. Since then, it’s been nothing but disappointment. My mom and I have called them nonstop trying to get follow-up visits. At first, we were told they were short-staffed, which we understood. However, they’d agree to come on a Monday and then randomly show up days later without notice, which was extremely inconvenient considering our work schedules. Eventually, we were told that the $250 fee for consistent checkups throughout the year was not included in the $1,600 we paid, even though we were told the exact opposite when we signed up. The website also clearly states that ongoing support is provided with the exclusion service, yet we have not received it. To make matters worse, we’ve pointed out several areas where the house appears not to be properly sealed, and the same issues continue. The company even suggested we replace an exterior door in which we did, at additional expense, only for three other door companies to later confirm the replacement was unnecessary. After spending this much money and still dealing with the same problems, I can honestly say this has been exhausting and frustrating. We’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but the lack of communication, consistency, and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one should have to go through this kind of hassle, especially after paying such a large amount and trusting a company to do the job right.”
