“We just had our first pest control treatment and termite inspection/bait traps installed by ProCare. From my initial phone call through the first treatment these folks were a pleasure to work with. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were coming out of a very bad "relationship " and "break up" with another company so we were really wary ... what a breath of fresh air!! “overall, the service is pretty good. They do communicate a lot with text, which is nice because I’m very busy and always on a go. The disadvantage is, however when I mentioned to them, I will be gone to have the technician text me. The technician still seem to ring the doorbell of the house they still seem to stand on the porch and then when I try to reach out via text to them, they do not respond until after they’re gone. The issue is I can remote open my garage and do other things to allow them to spray areas I would like spray but they do not and then they’re gone and there’s little I can do.”
