“I was charged $85 for a service that didn’t happen over 3 months. Called and was given the run around about the service manager will call me. Never heard from the service manager. A month ago they called to setup a service and wanted to charge me another $85. The gentleman who was scheduling my service told me he would have the office call me. The office called me about a week later and told me that they will get this shorted out and someone will call you to schedule a service. Never happened. Called in and they told me my account has been canceled and I ask why and Lisa said “ I don’t know. I will have the service manager call you.” Very disappointing way to treat your customer. Especially since you company came highly recommended by a customer who has been doing business with you for years.”
