“UPDATE!!! Adjusting my 2 star rating to a 4 star. I was called within a few hours by Wendy, she took control of the conversation by providing answers to questions I had as well as not providing excuses. Wendy was solution driven and listened. This is why leadership matters SAVE YOUR TIME!! SKIP THIS COMPANY! READ review Sarah (customer service person that picked up the phone) stated pest inspection are free unless the property is on the market to be sold, at that point inspection are $120. Customer will get the same inspection but if the house is for sale it’s $120!!! When asked why, she stated I can only help you set the appointment. When asked to speak to a supervisor Sarah stated she is not available and I don’t know when she’ll be able to get back to you.”
