“I respect the work you do and I think you’re a great guy, but I need to be honest — I’m really not okay with how things have been handled on the business side. I never signed a contract, yet I’m being told I’m locked in until next year. That doesn’t sit right with me. If there is a signed agreement, please send me a copy — otherwise, I can’t agree to being held to something I never formally agreed to. Also, the fact that someone keeps showing up without any notice — no call or text — isn’t acceptable. That’s not how I do business, and it’s caused a lot of frustration. I’m asking again to please cancel my service going forward. I’m trying to handle this respectfully, but I need this resolved.”
