“I canceled two months ago when we sold the place. They said they already visited that month so that month's charge would remain. 'fair enough. A month later they charged me again. I called back and canceled again when I saw that. They were a bit confused but said they'd get it done. I now notice they did not back out that charge. And I was just charged again this month. If they are truly a customer oriented firm, they'd make it a LOT easier to reach them. As it is, their website obscures contact through a web form. And their printed USPS bills have the Pinellas phone number blotched out. When I do manage to call, they don't know what is going on. I'll be calling the bank tomorrow to block payments to this firm.”
